I'm swimming to support sick kids and their families.

Swimming for something bigger. πŸ’›πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ

πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ 15km for Sick Kids πŸ’›

This November, I’m swapping my running shoes for my swimmers and taking on a new challenge swimming 15km throughout the month to raise money forΒ Ronald McDonald House Sydney.

After taking on my first marathon earlier this year, I wanted my next challenge to be about more than just pushing myself. I wanted to do something that could help make a difference to others, too.

So, throughout November, I’ll be getting in the pool and working towards 15km. One lap at a time.Β πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ

The money raised will help support Ronald McDonald House Sydney, which provides a home away from home for families of sick and seriously ill children who need to be close to their child while they receive treatment.

For families going through such an incredibly difficult time, having somewhere safe and comfortable to stay close to the hospital can make a huge difference. It means families can focus on being there for their child, without having to worry about being far from home.

15km night no sound like a lot compared to to a marathon, but every kilometre has a purpose.

Every lap will be a reminder that this challenge isn’t just about me. It’s about helping families stay together when they need each other most.

If you’re able to donate, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every donation, big or small, will help me get closer to my fundraising goal and support an amazing cause.

And if you can’t donate, sharing my fundraiser or following along with my 15km challenge means just as much. πŸ’›

15km. One month. One very important cause.

Let’s make every lap count. πŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸ’›
