For many families, a trip to the movies during the winter school holidays is a simple and fun filled tradition. However, for families with a child undergoing medical treatment, these simple everyday experiences are not always possible.

Ronald McDonald House Sydney recognises how important it is for children and their families to enjoy moments of normality and fun during challenging times. This July, they are hosting a special Winter Movie Night for up to 70 children and their carers, creating a cosy backyard cinema experience within the House.

Their goal is to make the evening memorable for every child and family attending. While the spirit of the event comes from community support, the small details that make it truly special do come at a cost.

Your donation will be used to help provide:

• Oodies to keep everyone warm and cosy
• Popcorn and movie treats
• Lollies and choc tops
• Other essentials to create a magical movie night atmosphere

Any surplus donations will be invested in the day to day operations of the house.
